All products sold on epsilonX are digital products — CFD/FEA simulation projects, files, and online courses. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping fees apply. This page explains how and when you receive what you purchase.
1. How Delivery Works
- Add products or courses to your cart and complete checkout.
- Pay securely through our payment partners (Paymob — cards and mobile wallets, or Stripe).
- As soon as the payment provider confirms your payment, your order is marked as paid and your content is delivered to your account automatically and instantly.
2. Digital Product Downloads
- Purchased files appear in the My Products section of your account immediately after successful payment.
- Downloads are delivered through secure, personal download links tied to your account.
- You can re-download your purchased products by signing in to your account at any time.
3. Online Course Access
- Course enrolment is activated on your account immediately after successful payment.
- You can watch course videos from the course page on any supported device by signing in to your account.
- Course videos are protected and can be streamed but not downloaded.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard: instant — within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Exceptional cases: if the payment provider delays confirmation (for example, some mobile wallet or bank transfers), delivery completes as soon as the confirmation is received — normally within 24 hours at most.
- If your payment succeeded but you cannot see your product or course within 24 hours, contact us and we will resolve it with priority, or refund you in full as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Requirements
- A registered account on our website is required — purchases are linked to your account, not just your email.
- A stable internet connection is needed to download files and stream course videos.
- Product pages state any specific software requirements (for example, the ANSYS version used in a simulation project).
