At epsilonX, all of our products are digital — downloadable CFD/FEA simulation projects and online courses. Because digital content cannot be "returned" once delivered, this policy explains clearly when refunds are and are not possible. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products (Downloads)

• Once a digital product has been downloaded, the sale is final and it is not eligible for a refund, except in the cases listed in section 3 below.
• If you purchased a product but have not downloaded it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Online Courses

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed a substantial part of the course (more than 20% of its content).
• After 14 days, or once a substantial part of the course has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable except in the cases listed in section 3.

3. Cases Always Eligible for a Refund

We will always issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Failed delivery: payment succeeded but the product or course was not delivered to your account, and we could not resolve the issue within 72 hours.
• Defective content: the files are corrupted or materially different from the product description, and we could not provide a corrected version within a reasonable time.
• Pricing error: your order was cancelled by us due to a pricing or listing error.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at info@epsilonx-eg.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Include your order number, the product or course name, and the reason for the request.
3. Our team will review your request and reply within 3 business days.

5. How Refunds Are Paid

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider (Paymob or Stripe).
• Depending on your bank or wallet provider, the amount typically appears within 5–14 business days after the refund is processed.
• We do not issue cash refunds or transfers to a different payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders with a pending (unpaid) status can be cancelled at any time and no charge will occur. Once payment is confirmed and the digital content is delivered, cancellation is governed by the refund rules above.
