Welcome to epsilonX. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our digital products and online courses. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who We Are

epsilonX is an engineering simulation company based in Egypt, specialising in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Through this website we sell:

  • Digital simulation products: ready-made CFD/FEA projects, simulation files, tutorials, and related add-ons, delivered as digital downloads.
  • Online courses: video-based engineering training accessed through your account on this website.

No physical goods are sold on this website — all products are digital and are delivered electronically. See our Delivery Policy for details.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Accounts are personal. Sharing account access to give others use of purchased courses or downloads is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
  • Payment is collected at checkout through our payment partners, including Paymob (debit/credit cards and mobile wallets) and Stripe. We never store your full card details.
  • An order is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction. If a payment fails or is declined, no order is created and no access is granted.
  • We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, in which case any amount paid will be fully refunded.

4. Delivery and Access

  • Digital products become available for download from your account (My Products) immediately after successful payment.
  • Course access is granted to your account immediately after successful payment and remains available under the conditions shown on the course page.

5. Licence and Intellectual Property

  • All products, courses, videos, files, and content on this website are the intellectual property of epsilonX or its licensors.
  • When you purchase a digital product or course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning, research, or professional work.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or upload purchased files or course content to any third party or platform.
  • Recording, downloading, or re-streaming protected course videos is prohibited. Video content is protected by technical security measures, and attempts to circumvent them are a material breach of these Terms.

6. Engineering Disclaimer

Our simulation products and courses are provided for educational and professional reference purposes. While they are prepared by experienced engineers with care and validated methodologies, you remain responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any simulation, methodology, or result for your specific project before relying on it in real-world engineering decisions. epsilonX is not liable for decisions made based on the content of products or courses.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including licence violations or fraudulent payments. Where an account is terminated for a serious breach, access to purchased content may be revoked without refund to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, epsilonX's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
